Hardware Composition of an EV Inspection Line
An overview of the display, guidance, and result-output hardware on an electric vehicle inspection line, and how each station is configured.

Display and guidance hardware
The display layer presents station status and operator guidance: station screens show the current inspection item and operating instructions, while warning and indicator devices give audible and visual signals at key steps so the operator completes each action in sequence.
Measurement and actuator hardware
The measurement layer handles data acquisition: digital and analog inspection signals are captured through unified acquisition equipment. Actuators such as motors and cylinders, scheduled by the control layer, perform loading and lifting actions in step with the inspection sequence.
Result output and station configuration
Results are processed centrally and output by the system: stations can be configured with display, determination, and printing equipment for the vehicle type and inspection items, and reports are generated and managed uniformly. All stations coordinate under one control flow, so inspection data passes continuously between them.
