This line is able to realize the following functions and items separately:
1. Brake Test:
According to the guidance shown on the LED display, the vehicle guider drives the vehicle to the brake tester and stops on it. Once the intelligent control software detects the tested vehicle, it begins to control the motor running automatically and shows the instructions to the guider on the LED, following the instructions, the guider operates step by step.
After finishing the detection and locking the testing results, the printer prints the results of the max braking force and the balance ratio of the front and rear wheels. The summation of the whole vehicle load, the wheel retardarce forces and the parking brake forces, etc. This intelligent control vehicle test line consists of motor control unit, signal processing unit, instrument control cabinet and so on.
2. Test of Brake, Axle Weight, Sideslip:
The vehicle guider does the same process mentioned in item 1, Brake test, the printer prints the test results of the front wheel sideslip, weights for each axle, the max, brake forces and the balance ratio of the left and right wheels, the summation of the whole vehicle load, the wheel retardarce forces and the parking brake forces.
3. Sideslip Test:
Following the instructions shown on the LED display, the vehicle guider drives the vehicle at the specified speed till the front wheels get through the sideslip test plate, the intelligent test line detects the vehicle and lock the test results, the printer prints the sideslip value and the displacement orientation of the front wheels.
4. Speedmeter Test:
Following this instructions shown on the LED display, the vehicle guider drives the vehicle till the driving wheels get on the speedometer tester and then the guider operates according to the guidance on the LED display, the speedometer tester will detect and lock the test results automatically, and the printer prints the test speed value automatically.
